MONESI - Attic accommodation - The accommodation is located on the third and top floor of the Stella Alpina condominium, in the heart of the small tourist resort, a stone's throw from the restaurant. It is a building consisting of a single room, with two dormers to give light, with a separate kitchenette and bathroom. The accommodation is sold furnished; the furniture was made to measure to optimize space and a sleeping area was created through a booth, with panels and curtains; wardrobes and chests of drawers make the most of every space for storing personal items and equipment; there are currently 5 beds. The heating is centralized; condominium fees are approximately € 500 / year.
