Way back on 7 April 1929 my father Eraldo Ametis received his license from the Police Headquarters of Imperia for the purchase and sale of houses, villas and land and also for property transfers and renting in Oneglia. In 1982 I sat an exam and received the temporary license of Real Estate Agent or Realtor no 455, and it is since then that I have followed in the footsteps of my father with dedication and passion, abiding by his teachings, behaving according to the principles of honesty, correctness and competence.
I became part of the FIAIP(Italian Federation of Professional Estate Agents) in 1987 and over the years I have covered provincial, regional and national roles, contributing to create synergy among colleagues organizations and institutions so that the job of Realtor could obtain professional acknowledgment. All of this through the participation and frequent refresher courses with the largest Realtors in the world (For example CIPS - Certified International Property Specialist - a course organized by FIAIP in Rome with lecturers of NAR-National Association of Realtors) which count 1,300,000 associates.
Since 1990 I have been dealing with foreign clients and collaborating with foreign realtors. This has allowed me to underline the importance of our territory and that of Italy on the European and International markets.
I am proud to have celebrated in 2019 the 90th anniversary of Ametis Real Estate Agency in the new premises in Via Belgrano,4. I am certain my father would have been so happy.
